Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is looking for an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet Management) to support inspection, handover and transfer processes across branches in Malaysia.

You will confirm car conditions against inspection reports, coordinate PDI, arrange transport, and update CarTracker and AppSheet while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely handovers.

Travel to branches as needed and work with Logistics teams to maintain fleet standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Automotive education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Quality-first mindset to uphold fleet standards.
• Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm vehicle condition against inspection reports and assist ownership transfers.
• Conduct PDI and inbound/outbound inspections; update records.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and transport between branches.
• Support logistics for inter-branch transfers and photoshoots for EM branches.
• Maintain CarTracker records and stock counts; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with car wash and AppSheet updates.
