Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of Introducing Brokers, partners, and clients.
• Provide hands-on support for technical issues and liaise with teams.
• Update partners on products, platform changes, and campaigns.
• Provide marketing materials and rewards to support engagement.
• Negotiate commissions and rebates with IBs and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client or partner issues.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and opportunities.
• Share insights to support strategic planning and business development.
