Job summary

Ultima Markets in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to expand the broker's network across Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional clients.

You will monitor markets, discuss factors moving them with clients, conduct market research, negotiate partnerships, and strive to meet revenue targets. Previous Forex/CFD experience preferred; 1-2 years in BD/Sales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs or financial industry preferred.
• Ambitious with a hunger for sales and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationships to retain prospects and clients.
• Actively follow financial markets and discuss factors moving them with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities from competitors' weaknesses.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure commercially viable collaborations.
• Execute company planning and perform duties assigned by management.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Handle any other duties reasonably required for the role.
