Job summary

TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly proactive Partnership Manager to join one of our clients' teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will identify, onboard, and grow the partner network while promoting products and services to partners and their clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in partnership management or sales within Forex/CFD/FinTech, strong communication and travel readiness; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; you will collaborate with internal teams, train partners, and report performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
2–3 years in Partnership Management, Business Development, Account Management or Sales in Forex/CFD/FinTech/Financial Services.
Proven experience acquiring and managing B2B partners, affiliates or introducing brokers (IBs).
Strong knowledge of Forex/CFD products and partnership models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with presentations, product demonstrations, and partner training.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop partnership strategies.
Experience using CRM systems to manage partner pipelines and activity.
Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and events.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners to grow the partnership network.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Present and promote the company's products and services to potential and existing partners.
Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business reviews with partners and their clients.
Organize and participate in business trips to strengthen partner relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
Train partners and their teams on the company's products, services, and partnership programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, marketing initiatives, and business growth.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand the partnership network.
Maintain accurate partner records and activity updates in the CRM system.
Prepare regular performance reports and updates for senior management.
Achieve individual sales targets, partnership KPIs, and other business objectives.
