Job summary

Ultima Markets, based in Kuala Lumpur, is a secure CFD trading gateway offering access to 1,000+ instruments. The Business Development Manager will build relationships with brokers, asset managers, and institutional clients while actively following markets and seeking growth opportunities.

The role focuses on expanding partnerships, negotiating viable deals, and achieving sales targets in a full-time, on-site setting in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs or financial industry preferred.
• Ambition and hungry to sales; more effort yields higher return.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients for retention and prospecting.
• Actively follow financial markets and discuss market movements with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitors and proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure viable, sound partnerships for the company.
• Execute company planning and perform duties assigned by management.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Any other duties reasonably required for the role.
