Job summary

Tradev Markets Ltd in Malaysia seeks a motivated Introducing Broker (IB) / KOL BD to grow our partner network in the CFD and Forex space. You will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage IBs, KOLs, affiliates and strategic partners, while negotiating commissions and expanding regional coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BD or partnerships, strong communication skills, fluent English, and familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms. Competitive salary with commission offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Business Development, IB Management, Affiliate Marketing, KOL Marketing, or Partnership Management in CFD/Forex/FinTech.
• Good understanding of CFD, Forex, MT4/MT5 trading platforms and IB/Affiliate models.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates, KOLs, or trading communities preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Strong business development mindset with ability to spot growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop IBs, KOLs, affiliates, and partners.
• Execute business development strategies to expand partner network.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partners.
• Negotiate partnerships, commissions, and marketing collaborations.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events.
• Monitor partner performance and drive client acquisition.
