Roche Malaysia seeks a Finance Lead to motivate and manage a team responsible for day-to-day financial control, compliance, and service delivery within KPIs and SLAs. You will supervise journals, month-end closings, reporting, reconciliations, and ensure alignment with SOPs and internal controls.

You will develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and foster an open, high-performance culture while partnering with affiliates to deliver accurate financial outcomes and timely closures.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in General Accounting & Management Accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of people management experience.
• External experience in a shared services or BPO is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and plan complete financial tasks including manual journal entries and month-end closing in Financial Accounting and Controlling.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for timely and accurate closure.
• Create and lead a high-performing team of senior analysts and analysts.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics; ensure compliance with SOPs and ICFR.
