Sunway Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for assigned business units in Malaysia. You will analyze results against budget, forecast, and prior year, and prepare meaningfully detailed reports on revenue, cost, margin, EBITDA, and working capital.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record in statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience with financial close, audit, tax, budgeting and management reporting.
• Exposure to finance transformation, automation and AI-driven improvements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes for assigned business units.
• Support management review by analysing results against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare analysis on revenue, cost, margin, EBITDA, working capital and key indicators.
