Job summary

TD SYNNEX Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to lead month-end close, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong internal controls. You will coordinate journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and BS/PL fluctuation analysis, while partnering with business units to align on new initiatives and compliance with SOX and local tax rules.

• SOX compliance and internal control maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee month-end closing for accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review manual journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and profit & loss fluctuation analyses.
• Ensure financials comply with accounting standards and policies.
• Provide consultation to business teams on new initiatives and controls.
• Develop relationships with business leaders; support policy rollouts.
• Drive SOX compliance and maintain control documentation across APJ.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits; address findings.
• Assist regional tax team with information for returns and regulatory compliance.
