Beaconhouse Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to manage AP activities, ensure timely payments, maintain records, and support month-end closing and reconciliations.
The role is based in Subang Jaya with the Finance team. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1–3 years' AP experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end closing and reconciliation processes.

Reports to: Senior Finance Executive - Accounts Payable
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.
Prepare payments to vendors, government bodies, landlords, utility providers, and other stakeholders via online banking, telegraphic transfer (TT), or cheque.
Reconcile vendor statements and ageing reports to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Manage petty cash, reimbursement claims, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
Prepare and post journal entries, including invoices, payroll, EPF, tax, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and other balance sheet transactions.
Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts, petty cash, cash advances, and corporate credit cards.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
Support month-end closing activities and undertake other finance duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
