3MEDIA SDN BHD is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle invoicing, liaising with sales and operations, and ensure accuracy of financial records while supporting SST and LHDN compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail are essential to meet deadlines and maintain orderly books for the outdoor media

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Familiarity with Malaysian SST and LHDN e-Invoicing requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Good communication in Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes to clients accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely invoicing based on approved quotations, sales orders, media bookings, and campaign schedules.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and prepare regular ageing reports.
• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, supporting documents, and approval records.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with Service Tax (SST) calculations, reporting, and submissions.
• Manage e-Invoice issuance and related documentation in accordance with applicable LHDN requirements.

3Media is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will manage daily finance and accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, monitor accounts receivable and payable, and support compliance with Malaysian tax and statutory requirements. As part of our outdoor media business, this role will also work closely with the sales and operations teams to manage client invoicing, payment collection, media booking documentation, and outstanding accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes to clients accurately and on time
• Ensure timely invoicing based on approved quotations, sales orders, media bookings, and campaign schedules
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and prepare regular ageing reports
• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, supporting documents, and approval records

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting practices, SST, and LHDN e-Invoicing requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly spreadsheets, formulas, and financial reporting
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting
• Experience in credit control, payment collection, and accounts receivable ageing is preferred
• Experience in the media, advertising, or service industry will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin/Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
