UC BIOSCIENCES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Finance Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage AR/AP, process POs, and support month-end close and audits. The role requires at least 3 years in accounting/finance and independence in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, and internal teams, ensuring compliance and accurate financial records while maintaining timely payments and collections.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, receipt posting, customer account reconciliations, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier invoice verification, payment processing, and supplier account reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Generate supplier payments and ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly approved.
• Monitor customer ageing reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of schedules.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external and internal audits.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, banks, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, processing purchase orders and payments, monitoring customer collections, and supporting month-end closing and audit activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of relevant finance or accounting experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
