Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and operate in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with contractors, distributors, consultants, and end users within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits and site engagement activities to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value-added solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively develop project pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
