AimBig Employment Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic field-based Sales Professional to join our client's global industrial and construction technology team in Malaysia.

You will manage and develop relationships across an assigned territory, conduct site visits, demonstrate products, identify new business, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within construction, building materials, industrial products or related B2B environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Confident engaging customers face-to-face and conducting product demonstrations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable developing new business.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with customers across an assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits across construction and project sites.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase solutions and communicate customer value.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer service.
• Contribute to sales planning and territory growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, customer information and performance reports within CRM systems.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and industry trends.
