Job summary

Salutary Avenue Manufacturing Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a results‑driven Sales and Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, conduct outdoor visits, and present solutions to clients.

You will travel for customer visits, deliver face‑to‑face meetings, follow up quotations, and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in meeting customers and conducting outdoor sales activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage customer follow-ups.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities and potential customers
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, customer visits, site visits and face-to-face meetings
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Promote the Company's products and services to new and existing customers
• Conduct sales presentations and introduce suitable solutions based on customer requirements
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and sales leads until successful conversion
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market visits
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with the relevant internal departments to provide suitable solutions
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
