Job description

Responsibilities

1. Plan shipment effectively by coordinating with internal teams and external customers.
2. Communicate with freight forwarders to arrange and monitor export and import shipments.
3. Coordinate with Production Team on loading schedules/plans and delivery status.
4. Track shipments and ensure status updates are accurate and timely.
5. Manage export shipments from outsourced suppliers going to PBI Sta. Maria, Bulacan (final customer).
6. Prepare daily shipment monitoring report and provide shipments updates to customers.
7. Monitor finished goods inventory in the warehouse for export readiness.
8. Prepare shipping documents such as but not limited to Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin.
9. Update sales order and customer details in the SAP system.
10. Perform SAP material transactions according to company procedures and work instructions.
11. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of export and import operations, customs procedures and regulations, trade compliance, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of the SAP system is an advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at Arab Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai.
