Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our freight forwarding operations. You will enter data per the Export Standard Operating Procedure, create bookings, register consols, and respond to information requests with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires proven data entry experience, familiarity with MS Office, strong typing speed, and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in any related field.
• Experience in data entry within logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and fast, accurate typing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instruction.
• Respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Seek process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
