• Accurately manage and input export data per SOP.
• Create and manage Quick Bookings in CargoWise.
• Prepare Shipper's instructions and consolidation registrations.
• Respond to information inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform quality checks and maintain data confidentiality.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners to support exports.
