Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support export operations within our Freight Forwarding team. You will enter data per the Export Standard Operating Procedure, and create Quick Booking via Cargo Wise, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in a related field, solid data-entry experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry within freight forwarding operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and fast, accurate typing.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure
• Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instruction
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders via email
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Explore process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives
