Job summary

Penanshin Shipping Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an Export Customer Service to support end-to-end sea freight operations for export shipments. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training, 5-day work week, and medical benefits are provided.

The role involves coordinating documentation (SI, CIPL, BL), liaising with customers and warehouses, drafting BLs, and handling bookings, payments, and billing with attention to accuracy and timely execution.

About you

Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
