CARE FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive (Import & Export) to support daily logistics operations in Klang.

You will coordinate import and export shipments, liaise with customers and service providers, and prepare shipping documentation to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 1–3 years in freight forwarding, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Familiar with customs clearance processes and Incoterms.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export shipment enquiries from customers.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, customs brokers and internal teams.
• Prepare, verify and process shipping documents (BL, DO, invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions).
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.
• Resolve shipment issues and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the operating system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Transport teams for smooth execution.

Customer Service Executive (Import & Export)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Import & Export) to support our daily logistics operations. The successful candidate will coordinate import and export shipments, communicate with customers and service providers, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure shipments are handled efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle import and export shipment enquiries from customers.

Coordinate shipment arrangements with shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal departments.

Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BL), Delivery Orders (DO), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Instructions, and other related documentation.

Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.

Ensure shipping documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.

Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

Resolve shipment issues and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update the company's operating system.

Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain.

Knowledge of import and export documentation and shipping procedures.

Familiar with customs clearance processes and Incoterms.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language would be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
