Job summary

PPB Properties is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and guide warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operation of incoming and outgoing goods, safe storage, and accurate record-keeping.

You will implement and maintain the food safety and quality practices per FSSC 22000, monitor materials deliveries, and lead a team to meet production schedules while upholding health, safety, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / SCM.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/material management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, motivate and train warehouse staff for daily activities.
• Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
• Monitor raw materials deliveries and requisition for production.
• Manage warehouse operations via computerized administration and retrieval systems.
• Implement and maintain complete warehouse materials identification.
• Ensure food safety management system complies with FSSC 22000.

Job description

To assist Production Manager to supervises & guide the warehouse staff and support & follow up operation issue.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to supervise, guide, motivate and train the warehouse staff to carry out daily warehouse activities.
• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all raw materials deliveries and requisition for production.
• To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems.
• To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification.
• Responsible in food safety management system to ensure implementation and compliance with quality practice with the FSSC 22000 requirement.
• Ensure the stock control systems up to date and inventories accuracy.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse / receiving and distribution good area at all times.

Education and Qualification

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse / logistics industries / material management.
