Job summary

Fairwork is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage all logistic operations within its warehouse in Malaysia, Penang, Seberang Perai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, and will ensure the accuracy of inventory records while coordinating with sales and shipping teams.

Key qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistic operations, Warehousing including receiving, and delivery section
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales team, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules
• Optimize the Logistic space utilization and implement efficient of warehouse layout
• Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property
• Train and supervise the warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
• Prepare and analyze reports on Logistic activities, performance, and inventory levels
• Any other duty assigned by your superior

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or any other related field with at least 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations or logistics and Packaging & Printing Industries is advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office, forklift certification (if required)
