Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure stock levels meet demands.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
  • Actively participate in optimizing warehouse processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the training of warehouse staff on the proper handling of materials and warehouse procedures.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
