Job summary

Scholpp Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations, coordinate materials, and ensure safe handling of equipment.

You will supervise activities, maintain inventory records, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to keep logistics running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of inventory control are preferred.
• Experience handling machinery, equipment, or project materials is an advantage.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage daily warehouse activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing materials.
• Coordinate the movement and handling of machines, equipment, tools, and project materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, technicians, and internal departments.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
