Executive, Material Warehouse (6 months contract)

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive, Material Warehouse. The role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, and issuing of materials. This role ensures accurate system postings, proper material handling, and alignment between system records and physical stock. The incumbent will assist in inventory control, Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Order (DO) processing, and daily stock transactions to support production and operational requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operationsby assisting in the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Manage goods movementby ensuring materials are correctly labeled, stored, and handled according to established SOPs and inventory control procedures.
• Support inventory controlthrough participation in cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and the maintenance of accurate record updates.
• Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standardsat all times.
• Support route planning and buffer stock monitoringunder supervision.
• Work closely with internal teamsto participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasksor projects as assigned by the supervisor or line manager to support business needs.
