Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Material Warehouse for a 6-month contract in Shah Alam. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, ensuring accurate postings and stock integrity to meet production needs.

The ideal candidate will be a strong coordinator with good communication skills, able to work with MS Word/Excel, and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations by assisting in receiving, storing, and issuing of materials in compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Manage goods movement by ensuring materials are correctly labeled, stored, and handled according to SOPs and inventory control.
• Support inventory control through participation in cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and maintaining accurate records.
• Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Support route planning and buffer stock monitoring under supervision.
• Work closely with internal teams to participate in improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or line manager to support business needs.

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as anExecutive, Material Warehouse. The role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, and issuing of materials. This role ensures accurate system postings, proper material handling, and alignment between system records and physical stock. The incumbent will assist in inventory control, Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Order (DO) processing, and daily stock transactions to support production and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• With a SPM / STPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Ms Word and Ms Excel).
