M&R Integrated Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Warehouse role in Penang. You will assist daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.

Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, item codes, and condition against delivery orders, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
Prepare materials and goods for production, delivery, and shipment according to requirements.
Perform loading and unloading of materials and goods safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receiving, issuing, and delivery activities.
Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks, and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, storage, and arrangement of materials and finished goods.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and informing the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager when replenishment is required.
Assist with import/export shipments and customs clearance activities, including preparing and checking relevant documents and coordinating with forwarding agents where required.
Ensure warehouse documentation, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other shipment-related documents are properly maintained.
Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and collection.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
Ensure materials are stored and handled according to company procedures and safety requirements.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts where authorized and trained.
Assist with periodic stocktaking and warehouse audits.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and stock management.
Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance documentation is an advantage.
Experience dealing with forwarding agents or logistics providers will be an advantage.
Able to check and maintain warehouse documents such as delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and stock records.
Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities, including lifting and moving materials when required.
Able to work independently and follow instructions and company procedures.
Good knowledge of warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
Forklift license/certification will be an advantage.
Able to work overtime when required to support operational needs.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages will be an advantage.
