Job summary

Purem Aapico Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to receive and manage raw materials, oversee packing and delivery processes, and lead a team to run daily operations efficiently. You will ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and accurate record-keeping while coordinating with drivers and contractors.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations. Experience in the automotive sector is a plus; shift work is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick/pack, distribute and deliver goods; ensure transactions are correct.
• Allocate tasks and assign to warehouse staff; lead daily operations as planned.
• Maintain warehouse safety, include contractors on premises; uphold rules and regulations.
• Coordinate movement of marine containers and transporters.
• Provide training and guidelines for warehouse staff.
• Monitor stock movement and report finished stock with customers/transporters.
• Organize daily and monthly stock counts and submit reports on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and document filing per laws and company policy.
• Support 5S, EHS adherence, and ISO/IATF certifications.
• Maintain and update Oracle System accurately and on time.
• Control warehouse expenses within budget; operate vehicles and equipment preventively.

Job description

Responsible for receiving all the raw materials, and the disposal of all the packaging materials.

Task allocation and assignment to all the warehouse staffs, lead the team to run daily operations smoothly according to plan, strictly follow rules and regulations.

Responsible for warehouse safety, include the contractors in our premises, maintaining warehouse resources, equipment and fixed assets.

Operations include receiving, storage, picking/ packing, distribution and delivery. Ensure all the transactions are correct.

Control and coordinate the movement of marine containers and transporters.

Provide training and guidelines for all the warehouse staff.

Tracking and monitor the movement of recyclable metal trolley for finished stock with customers and transporters.

Organize daily and monthly stock counting, ensure to submit reports on time.

Responsible for warehouse inventory and delivery accuracy, documents are files according to legal requirements and company policies.

Achieve 5S standard, compliance to EHS, support IATF, ISO and other certifications.

Maintain and update Oracle System accurately and on time.

Control warehouse expenses include overtime charge are within budget

Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Requirement Profile:

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM or Diploma is required.

Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.

Experience and knowledge in automotive industry are added advantages.

Strong working knowledge of warehouse and logistic operations.

Time management skills and the able to work with all levels of people.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP-WMS.
