Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Malaysia is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to act as the primary contact for assigned customers and to coordinate shipments with Operations. You will monitor status, address inquiries, and provide spot quotations while supporting retention and cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or logistics (fresh graduates encouraged).
