Job summary

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales/order fulfilment professional to manage customer inquiries, win projects, and ensure on-time delivery. You will handle SAP ERP sales orders, coordinate with production and logistics, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have basic SAP knowledge, familiarity with logistics, and strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This is an on-site position in Shah Alam.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Basic understanding on SAP ERP system.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Basic knowledge on logistics (ocean shipment, airfreight, bonded warehousing, container language/types, customs & relevant authorities’ documentation) is critical for buyers handling overseas items (import and export).
• Basic skills in Windows Excel, Words, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve forecast sales target, profit margin and on-time delivery.
• Gain feedback from customers and maintain good relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly.
• Work with customers to win projects.
• Provide feedback to other departments for improvement.
• Coordinate with Production and Material Control for on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Enter sales orders into SAP/ERP, print delivery orders and invoices.
• Keep sale order files per SOPP requirements.
• Arrange logistics and factory visits for customers.

What you will do:

• To achieve forecast sales target, profit margin and on time delivery.
• To gain feedback regularly from customers and maintain good relationship.

How you will do it:

• To handle customers’ inquiry effectively in a timely manner.
• To work closely with customers to win projects.
• To feedback to other departments on customers’ comments for improvement.
• To ensure effective communication with other departments (including Production and Material Control Department) for on time and accurate delivery of finished goods to customer.
• To perform sales order entering to SAP / ERP system , printing D/O and Invoice.
• Safe keep all sale order files according the duration of SOPP requirement
• To organize and offer excellent service during customers’ visit to the factory (arrange logistics, factory tour, presentation material etc.).
• To manage customer orders effectively to ensure success in meeting customer expectations.
• To provide effective and excellence customer support.
• To uphold safety values, perform work activities in a safe manner and adhere to the responsibilities outlined in "Our Safety Commitment" statement.
• Any other roles & responsibilities assigned by the superior.

What we look for:
