Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications for a senior sales and distribution role based in Shah Alam. You will coordinate departmental activities to align with the current organization, while crafting strategies for local and international markets.

This position emphasizes effective inventory planning and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a engineering background with English fluency and experience in HVACR sales, and will drive budget planning, pricing, and customer support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Experience in sales/HVACR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the running of the section within the department to achieve synergies with the existing organization structure.
• Develop sales and distribution strategy for local and foreign markets.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day sales, marketing, distribution and customer support activities.
• Develop overall sales and distribution strategy for the section and department.
• Develop pricing strategy for finished goods and spare parts.
• Develop customer support strategy for local and foreign markets.
• Ensure smooth distribution of finished goods and spare parts to customers.
• Coordinate with material control and production on inventory management and production planning.
• Coordinate with Finance/HR on financial aspects of inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SOP and WIP requirements.
• Prepare budgets for each financial year and ensure budgetary control.

Key Responsibilities :

• To develop overall sales and distribution strategy for the section and department.
• To develop pricing strategy for finished goods and spare parts
• To develop customer support strategy for local and foreign markets
• To ensure the smooth distribution of the finished goods and spare parts to customers
• To co-ordinate with material control and production representatives for inventory (Raw materials / Finished Goods) management and production planning.
• To co-ordinate with Finance / HR representatives in financial aspects of inventory management
• To ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SOP and WIP requirement
• To prepare budget for each financial year and ensure budgetary control throughout his/her section

Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by Head of department and GM.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Fluent in English. Mandarin would be added advantage
• Experiences Candidate are encourage to apply.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in sales industry especially HVACR.
