Job summary

Dunham Bush Industries Sdn Bhd seeks a Mechanical Engineer to coordinate HVAC sales orders from Singapore to Malaysia, ensuring on-time delivery by liaising with Engineering, Production and Logistics. You will support technical data collection during quotations and provide cost‑effective engineering solutions to customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years in HVAC and Mandarin communication abilities; based at the HQ Office in Bukit Angkat

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Ability to understand Mandarin to communicate with Mainland China stakeholders.
• Based at HQ Office in Bukit Angkat Kajang Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales Orders from Singapore Office to Production floor and deliver on time to customers.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth production and on‑time delivery.
• Assist in technical data collection and submission during quotation preparation / sales negotiation.
• Offer innovative engineering solutions to customers.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Perform other activities as deemed appropriate by the Company.

To well facilitate and coordinate Sales Orders from Singapore Office well executed in Production floor and deliver on time to customer.

To liaise with other related departments such as Engineering Department, Production Department and Logistics Department to ensure smooth production and on times delivery of the Sales Order delivered to customer.

To assist in technical data collection and submission upon selection of equipment during quotation preparation / sales negotiation, etc.

To be creative & innovative to offer suitable Engineering Solutions to Customers.

To ensure that the customer receives a timely response on their inquiries.

To ensure that the information and solution to engineering design request is well thought. Pricing and costing provided must be as accurate. Nothing must be overlooked that will cause margin to erode. Provide solution in most cost-effective way.

To perform other activities as deemed appropriate by the Company from time to time.

What we are looking for :-

Preferably candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of working experience in HVAC industry.

Candidate must able to understand Mandarin as need to communicate with stakeholders from Mainland of China.

This position will be station in HQ Office in Bukit Angkat Kajang Selangor.
