Job summary

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge of compressors (fixed and variable speed), system design, electrical systems, inverter drives, controllers, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with oil-free compressor and system development.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Windows, email, internet applications, and advanced Excel.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
