Job summary

OCBC Malaysia in Batu Pahat is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for emerging businesses. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and tailor financial solutions to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding service. A degree in business or finance and 2 years of financial services sales are preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in business or finance is required.
At least 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
Strong understanding of the needs of emerging businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
