Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive for our Sungai Petani office.

The role covers voice, email, and live chat support with rotating shifts, five days a week; base pay is RM2,000 per month plus performance incentives. OT opportunities exist based on business needs. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills; you will manage orders, payments, refunds and deliveries while maintaining data accuracy and high customer

Qualifications

• Requires good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, refunds, returns, and deliveries.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions per policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve satisfaction targets.
• Meet performance targets for productivity, handling, and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions; escalate where needed.
