Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Customer Service Executive for on-site duties in Sungai Petani, Kedah. You will handle voice, email and live chat inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve issues according to company policies.

The role is full-time with rotational shifts, offering RM2,000 base salary plus KPI incentives and opportunities for career progression within a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma/Degree advantageous.
• Strong communication in Malay and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, call centre or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, email and live chat.
• Provide order status updates, delivery information, returns and refunds.
• Record interactions in the CRM system and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet KPIs (quality, productivity, CSAT, attendance).
