Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support its e-commerce platform. The role is office-based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, with relocation required from Sabah. Rotational shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Base pay is RM2,000 per month plus a KPI incentive up to RM250 per month. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via chat/phone, assisting with orders/payments/refunds, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining records and

Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with issues related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries, etc.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.
