Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Voice | Email | Live Chat) to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Relocation from Sarawak is required for this office-based role.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with orders and payments, and ensure smooth service delivery while meeting performance targets. Fresh graduates welcome; Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with issues related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries, etc.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.
