Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Marketing Warehouse & Event Coordinator to manage inventory, organize materials, and support event logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, handle event setup and dismantling, manage registrations and cashiering at events, and perform stock handling and warehouse tasks to support retail outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, logistics, warehouse/store operations, or retail operations is preferred.
• Experience in event setup, inventory/stock management, and on-site event coordination will be an advantage.
• Experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Own vehicle and willing to travel for work-related purposes.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings when supporting events.
• Comfortable with event setup, stock handling, and warehouse-related tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Marketing materials and event equipment receiving, storage, issuance, and return.
• Organize marketing warehouse and stock records; ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate event materials, packing, and transfers to retail outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Support event setup, dismantling, and vendor coordination.
• On-site event operations: registrations, cashiering, promotions, and customer engagement.
