Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, order assembly and goods distribution to stores.

You will lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy via SAP and WMS, and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while upholding quality and safety standards. This role offers growth within a rapidly expanding network of outlets across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution/warehouse environments.
• Experience operating SAP and WMS is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
• Proven leadership, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and goods distribution to stores.

Keeping stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy

Organising the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure work quality and environmental objectives are met

Leading, motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to maximize optimal team productivity

Responding to and dealing with internal customer communication and enquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management or equivalent

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in distribution centre environment

Experience in operating SAP and WMS systems would be ad added advantage

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player, meticulous and good interpersonal skill

Proven leadership capabilities with high sense of responsibility and commitment to work

Highly adaptable and good organisation skills
