Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a dynamic professional to manage marketing warehouse activities, inventory handling, and logistics for events. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure materials are prepared and available for each event.

The role covers on-site event operations, including registrations, promotions, and customer engagement, with travel to various locations and weekend/evening support as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between locations for events.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings when supporting events.
• Physically fit for event setup and warehouse tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, storage, issuance, and return of marketing materials and event equipment.
• Organize the marketing warehouse for easy access and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare, pack, and distribute materials for events and store transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill event requirements.
• Provide on-site operational support to ensure smooth event operations, including registrations and promotions.
