Job summary

Cambert (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute company events to enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to meet event objectives and handle all pre-, during, and post-event activities, including setup and health screenings.

The role requires at least a Diploma or Degree, 1 year of event management experience, and willingness to travel with own transport.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organise and execute events to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align event objectives.
• Manage pre-events, during events and post-events activities including setup, registration and health screenings.
• On-site coordination and troubleshooting to ensure smooth event operations.
• Travel as required and liaise with various stakeholders.
