Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound activities and accurate stock records.

You will supervise a team, optimise storage space, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain efficient, safe operations. A Diploma or higher in logistics or related field is preferred with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material management.
• Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise and manage warehouse assistants effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound receiving and outbound delivery activities to ensure goods are processed and delivered within required timelines.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Reconcile physical stock against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify, report, and follow up on inventory variances.
