Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, order assembly and goods distribution to stores.

You will lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy via SAP and WMS, and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while upholding quality and safety standards. This role offers growth within a rapidly expanding network of outlets across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution/warehouse environments.
• Experience operating SAP and WMS is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
• Proven leadership, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor receipt, order assembly and goods distribution to stores.
• Keep stock control system up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure work quality and environmental objectives.
• Lead, motivate and encourage teamwork to maximize productivity.
• Respond to internal customer communications and enquiries.
