Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy in Selangor is seeking a proactive Events and Marketing Operations Specialist to manage warehousing, inventory, and on-site support for promotional activities. You will coordinate marketing materials, oversee stock levels, and distribute assets for events, while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to meet event requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field (≤140 chars)
At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or retail operations
Willingness to travel and own vehicle
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings for events
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing warehouse and inventory (receiving, storage, issuance, return)
Coordinate event logistics and on-site operations
Support event setup/dismantling and vendor coordination
Provide on-site customer experience and engagement during events
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
