Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Taiping, Malaysia seeks an Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Community Deposits Specialist to acquire account deposits and generate leads for other products. You will work in branches and report to the Branch Manager, contributing to a strong sales pipeline and customer relationships across our local network.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and client relationship skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from internal and external sources to achieve acquisition goals.
• Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities to ensure optimum pipeline generation.
• Maintain high customer service standards and strong client relationships through briefing, training, and responding to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Follow up on sales activities to ensure closures and timely account openings.
• Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
• Monitor market conditions and product development and carry out market research and surveys.
• Ensure all tasks comply with guidelines and regulations.
