Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a proactive Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Community Deposits Specialist to acquire account deposits and generate leads for other products. Based in our branches, you will explain products, provide sales materials, create new leads and follow up with customers, working under the Branch Manager.

You will engage with diverse industries, manage client relationships, and help maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates without SPM but have at least 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals.
• Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities including calls to new potential and existing clients to ensure pipeline generation.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships; briefings, training and responding to sales enquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Follow up on sales activities to ensure closure and timely account openings.
• Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions; carry out market research and surveys.
• Ensure all tasks comply with guidelines and regulations.
