Job summary

Black Box in Malaysia is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery and operations of data center and infrastructure services for a key banking client. Under the Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure requests, incidents and project activities are efficiently managed in line with security and service level requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in service delivery coordination or IT infrastructure roles, preferably in a financial institution.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, incidents, and project activities for data center and infrastructure services.
• Ensure operations comply with banking security and SLA requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.
