Job summary

Millennium Technology Services is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee Data Center Operations in Kulai, Johor. You will manage end-to-end service delivery, ensure SLAs, governance, and risk controls, and drive continuous improvement across the data center stack.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor availability and capacity, and lead incident response, change, and problem management to uphold service quality and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center service delivery and ensure contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and standards are met.
• Act as primary escalation point for service and customer issues; coordinate across teams for timely resolution.
• Oversee data center availability, capacity, resilience, and operational readiness; monitor critical infra and security.
• Manage change, incidents, problems, and RCA with documented actions and lessons learned.
• Drive governance reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Forecast staffing needs, manage shifts and handovers, and ensure staff readiness.
• Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships; oversee service reviews and escalations.
• Guide transition, mobilization, and stabilization of new or transitioned services.
• Identify automation, process improvements, and optimization opportunities across operations.
